Blog & YouTube Comments Policy - Rojgar Sangam

by | Last Updated on March 13, 2025

Here at Rojgar Sangam, we usually release a new written tutorial on the blog every week and a corresponding video on YouTube or other social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Telegram, etc.). These resources are provided free of charge and are available to everyone. Hundreds of thousands of visitors benefit from these resources every year, and we are happy to help many people with their educational needs.

We are committed to responding to every comment, but recently we have had to cut down on this due to the incredible volume of comments we receive every day. We literally spend our time responding to comments, and the number of questions is overwhelming us.

Usually I, Sanjeev, the owner of the company, respond to these comments, often at night, or whenever I get free time. Now we have a team member Prashant Patel helping with this.

The purpose of this policy is to set some basic expectations and guidelines about leaving comments on the blog or YouTube

Comment guidelines and expectations

Try to narrow down the problem to our tutorial

Obviously a lot of people deal with education, online forms, etc. If possible, try to narrow down the problem and be at least half convinced that it might be caused by our tutorial.

Note: You can also check out the guide on how to fill out an online form as it clarifies a lot of things related to online forms.

Is the question or problem related to education?

If yes, please contact your university or institution for help.

Is the question or problem related to jobs?

If yes, please be sure to read the jobs documentation or contact the job provider.

Is the question or problem related specifically to the content of the tutorial?

If you think the answer is yes, please feel free to leave a comment following the guidelines below and we will be happy to help fix any errors in the tutorial or troubleshoot.

Question vs. Customization

We are very eager to help solve any problems with our tutorial. As you know, we are very helpful in education, our tutorials and free advice to people in the online form community. However, there is a fine line between a tutorial and a question about unrelated or further optimization. This point should be mentioned. This is usually not an issue, but sometimes we are asked about things that are clearly beyond the content or context of the tutorial. Don’t get us wrong, we love to help! But we don’t support our families by working for free, so in such situations we will tell you that we can’t help. In general, please be aware of whether what you are asking is just optimization or if it is actually an issue with the written content of the tutorial.

Be nice about it

First of all, we appreciate people who ask questions kindly and treat us like real human beings. We are a very small company, and we don’t have support staff. If there is a problem with one of our tutorials, a typo, an error, a correction, etc., I want to assure you that we did not do it on purpose to upset you. We obviously don’t want our tutorials to have any problems.

Oh, and we’re not even going to get into moderation and things like that. This is a professional environment. If you’re rude, vulgar, arrogant, impatient, demanding, or spam-my, it won’t take me more than half a second to click the delete button on that sort of thing.

Provide enough relevant details…please!

Often we see questions like “It’s not working for me.” Hmm, I wonder what that comment means? It gives nothing away. I’m known to reply sarcastically with “OK,” but seriously, give us some details. Here are some tips that will help us help you quickly and efficiently with the first answer:

  • Give us the exact list of steps you have tried
  • Provide details of your problem – we literally can’t help without this!
  • Describe the problem as best as you can and try to use the correct terminology

These steps will help us answer the question or fix the problem much faster and avoid back and forth replies. Most of the time we can quickly resolve the problem with this first answer itself if relevant information is provided.
