How to Fill UKTET Online Form 2026
Following official guidelines simplifies your application journey through the five mandatory stages. You must verify every personal and academic entry before locking your final online submission.
- Step 1: Complete Registration: Visit the official website www.ukutet.com and click on the ‘New Applicant? Register New’ link. Read the instructions thoroughly and tick the terms acceptance box. Click ‘Proceed to Registration’ to access the registration window. Enter your Name, Father’s Name, Mobile Number, Email ID, and Captcha code. Click ‘Submit’ to receive a verification OTP on your registered phone number and email. Enter the OTP and click ‘Verify OTP’. The system displays your permanent Registration Number and generates your login password.
- Step 2: Fill Application Details: Log in with your Registration Number and Password on the portal dashboard. Click on ‘Apply for UTET 2026’ to open the primary application form. Select your exam paper preference (UTET-I, UTET-II, OR Both). Enter your personal details, gender, date of birth, mother’s name, category, and sub-category. Select your First Language (Hindi OR English) and Second Language (Hindi, English, Sanskrit, OR Urdu). Choose your teaching subject for Paper-II (Mathematics & Science OR Social Studies). Select your professional qualification status and pick the exact eligibility code from 1 to 7/8. In-service teachers must enter their school’s UDISE code and school management type. - Step 3: Upload Scanned Files: Prepare your scanned files according to the official specifications. Upload your recent colour photograph (05 to 100 KB, 140×170 pixels) in JPG format. Upload your signature (02 to 50 KB, 180×70 pixels) in JPG format. Upload your left-hand thumb impression (10 to 150 KB, 250×150 pixels) in JPG format. Click ‘Save & Next’ to continue.
