How To Fill SSB SI & ASI Online Form 2026

Before Filling The Online Form, Candidates Must Carefully Read The Full Official Notification Available On The SSB Recruitment Portal.

• Step 1: Visit The Official SSB Recruitment Portal At recruitment.ssb.gov.in Or ssb.gov.in And Click On The Relevant Application Link.
• Step 2: For SI Posts, Use Link: applyssb.com/SSB_ADVT_2_SI/applicationIndex | For ASI Posts, Use Link: applyssb.com/SSB_ADVT_3_ASI/applicationIndex
• Step 3: Fill Part-I — Enter Post Name, Candidate’s Name (As Per Matriculation Certificate), Father’s/Husband’s Name, Mother’s Name, Date Of Birth (DD/MM/YYYY), Gender, Nationality, Religion, Marital Status, Category, Aadhaar Number, Mobile Number, And Valid Email ID.
• Step 4: Fill Educational Qualification Details — 10th/SSC Details Are Mandatory As Proof Of Age And Minimum Qualification.
• Step 5: Fill Postal/Permanent Address And Criminal Cases Declaration (If Any). Create A Password For Future Login And Click “Proceed.”
• Step 6: Upload Part-II — Upload Passport-Size Coloured Photograph (JPG, 4–12 KB, 100×120 Pixels, White Background) And Scanned Signature (JPG, 4–12 KB, 140×60 Pixels). Click “Upload” Button To Generate Registration Number.
• Step 7: Pay Application Fee (Part-III) — SI Posts: ₹200/- | ASI Posts: ₹100/- (For UR/EWS/OBC). SC/ST/Ex-Servicemen/Female: Exempted. Pay Via Net Banking / Credit Card / Debit Card / UPI.
• Step 8: Use The “Edit Details” Button To Correct Any Errors Before Final Submission. After Submission, No Changes Will Be Accepted Under Any Circumstances.
• Step 9: Print The Final Submitted Application Form Or Acknowledgement Receipt And Note Down Your Registration Number For Future Reference.

SSB SI & ASI Bharti 2026 : Selection Process

Selection Is Conducted In Multiple Stages; Candidates Must Qualify Each Stage To Proceed To The Next One.

• Stage 1 – Physical Efficiency Test (PET): Applicable Only For SI (Communication). Male: 1.6 KM Run In 6 Min 30 Sec | Female: 800 Meter In 4 Min. SI (Staff Nurse) And SI (Pioneer) Are Exempted From PET. Ex-Servicemen Are Also Exempted.
• Stage 2 – Physical Standard Test (PST): All Candidates Including Ex-Servicemen Must Meet Minimum Height And Chest Requirements As Per Post And Category Standards. Candidates Not Meeting PST Standards Will Be Rejected Immediately.
• Stage 3 – Written Examination (CBT): Computer Based Test Of 3 Hours, 150 Marks, 150 MCQ Questions. Part-I (50 Marks): General Knowledge, Mathematics, Reasoning, General English/Hindi. Part-II (100 Marks): Technical Subject Related To Applied Post. Minimum Qualifying Marks: General/EWS/OBC/Ex-SM: 50% | SC/ST: 45%. Final Merit Is Based On Written Exam Marks Only.
• Stage 4 – Document Verification (DV): Candidates Up To 3 Times The Vacancies (Category-Wise) Based On Written Exam Merit Will Be Shortlisted. All Original Documents Must Be Produced At This Stage.
• Stage 5 – Detailed Medical Examination (DME) / Review Medical Examination (RME): Medical Fitness Check As Per SSB Medical Standards. Overweight/Underweight Candidates May Be Disqualified At DME Stage Based On Height Measured During PST.
